Ouch
I was going to give you guys a detailing of the Plan B debacle, but someone's already done it, and better than I would've.
Ms. Allen tells it like it is.
And sure, the personal pride thing is the least important issue in the whole mess, but it still smarts nonetheless. After defending El Presidente so adamently and for so long, solely for his stance on life issues, this "compromise" is pretty much a clean stab in the back.
Blah.

So does this mean the Bush Whitehouse wants more stupid sluts in America? I mean I'm more of a pro-life type of guy (because I would hope it would slow the stupidity trend in American youths) but this is as much of a green light to the free-love crap as the inception of birth control pills. Just my thoughts.
It most definitely is an abortifacient.
From the Plan B website:
In addition, it may inhibit implantation by altering the endometrium.
Right. And what exactly is supposed to be implanted on the endometrium? Oh yeah, the fertilized ovum, aka the developing embryo.
Whoops.
Now, I had to Wikipedia this, but apparently pregnancy is defined as beginning when said embryo is actually implanted. So they're not technically lying when they say that "Plan B is not effective if a woman is pregnant", but holy fuck, that's one hell of a technicality to cite to avoid having to say that when you take this pill, you probably are, in fact, ending human life.
Better turn on the heat, cause that was a COLD DIS!
